What data we process and why

• Enquiries by phone or email. The details you give us (name, contact, measurements, photos) are only used to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare the quote and carry out the work.
• Furniture designer. It runs in your browser. We only receive your design if you decide to send it by WhatsApp or email. If you add drawings, plans or photos, when you send it they are stored on Cloudflare's service with a secret link that only goes in your message, together with the design summary and, if you give them, your name and phone number; we receive a notification with those details. We only use them for your enquiry and they are deleted automatically after 6 months.
• Reviews. We store the public name, the rating, the comment, the job it refers to and the date, in order to review it and publish it next to that job. To prevent repeated submissions we also store an encrypted code, calculated from the connection and the day, which does not reveal your IP address. We do not ask for an email address.
• Visit statistics. To know how much the website is used we count page views, added up per day: which page, the country (given by the connection), the website you came from (for example, a search engine) and whether it is a mobile or a computer. We do not store your IP address or anything that could identify you, and we do not use cookies. The totals are deleted after 13 months.

Legal basis

Your consent (when you send us an enquiry or tick the authorisation box for a review) and, when you contract a job, the performance of that contract.

How long

Enquiries, for the time needed to deal with them and the applicable legal periods if a job is contracted. Reviews, for as long as they are published or until you ask for them to be removed.

Who they are shared with

With nobody for commercial purposes. The website and the reviews are hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as technical provider. Email is handled by the provider of the owner's email account.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to danubiusbalmaseda@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Only the designer saves the unit you are preparing in your browser, so you don't lose it if you close the page; it does not leave your device until you send it, and you can delete it with "Start again" or by clearing your browser data. The fonts are served from the website itself, without connecting to third-party services.
